The Founding Cohort
16 Seats. One Standard.
IRPP is currently convening an exclusive cohort of 16 Founding Sponsors who make up the SMEAG (Subject Matter Expert Advisory Group) and will be the primary architects of the Road Pricing Professional Body of Knowledge (RPP-BoK) and test apparatus. This body has the exclusive authority to curate the BoK, develop examination frameworks, and define the Certification Path. The initiative is not merely a sponsorship: it is a strategic mandate to codify the industry's "tribal knowledge" and secure its future for the next generation.
The SME Matrix
The Founding Cohort is distributed across four areas of expertise to ensure the standard reflects a diverse, holistic perspective on technology implementation and policy. To ensure balanced influence, the Founding Cohort is capped at 12 seats. Once these are filled, the SMEAG will closed to new members, and open only on a replacement basis.

Joining the Cohort
Organizations with a seat on the Founding Cohort gain more than visibility: they make a permanent imprint on the road pricing profession and will be recognized on public IRPP registries and within the road pricing domain as the "Founding Architects" of the next phase of the road pricing profession. This is something to be proud about, and is a powerful differentiator, signaling to others that your organization doesn't just follow standards. It sets them.

The convening process for the Founding Cohort is underway now. IRPP is seeking organizations committed to professionalization of the road pricing domain. Due to the limited number of seats, inquiries are considered on a first-come/first-served basis.
